Court Services

Some court services we offer

• We can file and lodge your documents at superior courts.
• We can print and prep your court documents to meet the standards of the court.
• We can deliver important documents to you while your in trial.
• We can record your lien, PCOR, and other documents as well as do research at the assessors office in your county.
• We can follow up for you with the appropriate agency to get the information you need when you need it.
• We can do background checks at criminal courts.
• We can open eviction files with the sheriff in your county.
• We can do what you need to achieve your legal goals, if you have a project contact us about it.

Rates

These are determined by the time your document is available for us, via pick up ($15 outside of Oakland/Berkeley/Emeryville) or by email ($.30/page if more then 12 pages) until court closes. Most courts in the Bay Area close at 3PM.

Berkley / Oakland / Emeryville

Routine (4-hour): $45 (includes courtesy copies) 
Rush (2-hour): $55 (includes courtesy copies) 
ASAP (1 hour): $65 (includes courtesy copies) 

Waiting time: $0.75/minute 
Printing and doc prep: $0.30/page
